Artist Statement

I have loved and been inspired by art since I was young. Part of that is due to my epilepsy. Being diagnosed with epilepsy at four years old, I do not remember living without the disability. Art has always been a therapeutic resource for me with my epilepsy, as well as just something I enjoy doing. For that reason, I went on to earn my fine arts degree and become an artist. I have experience in a variety of mediums, from drawing to ceramics to painting. These days, I mainly focus on digital drawings. I especially enjoy drawing wildlife and landscapes. With my love for the environment, I draw a variety of creatures and their habitats, both of which need awareness.
