When I make artwork, I’m in my own space, and there’s nobody here. In my own zone, I am relaxed and calm. Whether painting, drawing, or making sketches, it puts me in a good mood. When I leave the studio, I have all this positive energy because I do my art and want to do more. At home, I think about what I want to work on next.
Painting is calming and relaxing. It’s almost like you get your inner self out. It’s something that resembles you; it’s something you’ve seen or liked. Painting comes from your inner self. I get inspiration from other artists. I am inspired by Richard Diebenkorn and like learning about abstract painters.
