Living with epilepsy has been a blessing in disguise for the past thirty years. After achieving resiliency and reaching a midpoint in life that seeks a future, embracing rather than chaining myself to an invisible illness, I have decided to focus on my strengths, what can be improved rather than what cannot be changed.
As a healer, I try to make the best of my abilities to help others and learn from them in the process. Painting is an outlet to express one’s deepest feelings, and the works use of texture, color, and mixed media enhances it. No matter what lens we find ourselves looking through in life, art is a vision into the unknown, an outlet into the unseen, and a vehicle for the emotionally blind.
